Just a quick note to show that yes, old dogs can be taught new tricks, as this is my first attempt at blogging and using our new website (thank you, Deputy Grand Knight Josh Jackson). As an Honorary member (read: over age 65 and 25 years of Knights membership) of KC #12012, I want to share with prospective Knights a few thoughts on our Council. First and foremost, we have been blessed with excellent Worthy Grand Knights who have provided the necessary leadership to guide and grow our Council. Led by Past WGK’s Jim Kiser and Andrew Hudock and present WGK Ken Warren, our membership has grown to over 170 Brother Knights and our finances have never been stronger, allowing us to provide financial assistance to parish schools and other various charitable organizations. I strongly encourage Catholic men over the age of 21 who have not looked into the Knights before, to do so now.
